Wham! Freedom
I am sure most of our early memories of george are with wham. My earliest memory is recording freedom off the radio and playing it over and over again driving my mum and dad mad. I was desperate to hear more music from wham so my parents relented and bought me the album...

Early Memories
My early memories of Wham is Young Guns, I fell in love with them, from there on my bedroom walls were covered with every poster/cut out pics I could find of them - I still to this day have every single thing that I collected on them (I was very fortunate that at the time my Mum worked in a newsagents, and her boss used to get me all special edition books/mags on them) cushions, scarves, t-shirts, lyrics from Smash Hits, I must have about 4 bin sacks of stuff - and my favourite item was my Gold Final Album in a giftbox, never been played, my Mum had to buy an ordinary one as refused to play the Gold one!!! When George bought out Careless Whisper the first time I heard/saw the video I sobbed!!! He looked so sad in that video........
